Palmer Ranch is one of the largest and most beautifully planned areas in Sarasota.  Formerly owned in the early 1900's by Sarasota pioneer, Bertha Palmer, Palmer Ranch today is Sarasota's largest master-planned community. Hamptons: Gated area and non- gated area of 253 single family homes. There are 3 sections: South Hamptons are maintenance free homes (landscaping provided with monthly maintenance fee), West Hamptons is gated with larger homes, North Hamptons non-gated, non-maintence-free.

Isles of Palmer Ranch:  Non-gated community of 612 villas, townhomes and single-family homes.  Community center with pool, tennis courts, fitness center

Marbella:  Gated, 139 single family homes and villas

Mira Lago: Gated, 180 Single family homes and villas, maintenance-free

Pallisades:  Gated, 43 single family homes, maintenance-free, community clubhouse, heated pool

Pinestone:  Gated, 310 condos with variety of 2-3 Bedroom units, heated pool. fitness center, tennis courts

Prestancia: Gated, 2 top notch golf courses (TPC), single family homes, villas, condos, wide variety of price ranges.

Silver Oak:  Gated, with 3 sections: Estates of Silver Oak, 177 single family homes, non-maintenance free; Enclave of Silver Oak, 21 single family, maintenance-free homes, Vineyards of Silver Oak, 72 maintenance free single family homes with it's own community pool and clubhouse.

Stonebridge: Non-gated, 117 single family homes, community pool

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club: Gated, total of 1122 condos, villas and single family homes, clubhouse with restaurant, pool, tennis courts,  18 hole golf course

Turtle Rock: Gated with 751 single family homes with variety of sizes and prices.  Maintenance free and non-maintenance-free homes. Clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts, nature trails, basketball courts.
